Outside the BMW Welt, there is a footbridge that takes you to the BMW museum. Here you can walk through the history of the car manufacturer. Just like the Welt, the building itself is also impressive. Designed by Atelier Bruecknen, it comprises of a Tower and a ‘Museum Bowl’. The interior features a spiral walkway to view the many exhibitions on display.
While I found the BMW Welt building a lot more impressive, there was more cars on display here. You also get to learn the history of BMW. Each room and space showcases the different skills and technology that goes into making BMW what it is today. You will need to pay to visit the museum with tickets costing €10 per person (2010).
